Parents/Guardians - Please fill out the form completely and submit to reserve a spot for your son/daughter at the Mayfield Camp of Champs summer Basketball Camp! This year's camp will be the 2nd year the Lady Trojans & Mayfield Boy's Basketball programs join forces in providing an excellent camp for your child. We look forward to sharing drills and instruction methods to enhance your child's basketball skills whether they are a beginner or a seasoned player! We will aim to build confidence in their game and lead them to their utmost potential. Thank you for allowing your child to join us on a fun and exciting basketball journey to excellence!
